Julie is an adept meeting planner with extensive experience in expo hall management, event logistics, and vendor management. Julie’s experience encompasses corporate and non-profit events ranging from 150 to 12,000 attendees. She has coordinated transportation, security, and temporary labor requirements for large conferences, and has collected and coordinated collateral production and distribution, arranged ancillary events, and managed food and beverage requirements for smaller events. She has also stepped in as onsite exhibit support, assuring seamless coordination of booth set-up and dismantle, staff scheduling, and ancillary event management.
